Busch Gardens

We decided to spend the day at Busch Gardens. It was windy and chilly, especially at the beginning and end of the day, but we dressed warmly (for the most part). We started the day on a train ride through the animal part of the park. Nick was able to take some photos with his camera and enjoyed spotting various animals. But it was more fun when we moved on to some rides. The first few rides Maddie was too young to ride, but she sure had a good time when we found The Land of the Dragons.

While Maddie loved the boat road and later went on it by herself, it was a little too tame for Nick.
Nick rode the Cheetah Chase with his dad.
Maddie loved the mini roller coaster -- they went on this one 2 or 3 times.
One of the few rides Mary could get on -- Maddie loved it.
One last picture before leaving Land of the Dragons with all the fun rides.
The following series of photos are some of the animals we saw at Busch Gardens. On the train ride at the beginning of the day, we also saw zebras and rhinos.
My, what big teeth you have Mr. Alligator."
The babboons were entertaining as always.
Big Daddy!
Did this Mama not get the memo about breast feeding in public?

And that's the end of a perfect (almost - the weather could have been warmer) day! Actually, it did end up well as we finished the evening with dinner at Cheesecake Factory.
