Jeff, Mary, Nick & Maddie's mini vacation with us in Florida came too quickly to an end. They were scheduled to fly back to Michigan on Jeff's birthday, Jan. 22. We still had time for one last morning on the beach where Nick braved the cold water while most of us barely got our toes wet. It was a great end to their days with us in Florida.
And they're leaving this to go back to Michigan's winter weather?

Jeff and Maddie watch Nick go deeper and deeper into the cold cold water. 
Maddie didn't want to put her feet in the water, but she was OK with other people going in the water. She kept telling "Papa" to go deeper, go deeper.
We had a little birthday celebration for Jeff before they headed to the airport to return to Michigan.
Ret spent 3 hours "shelling" on Pass-A-Grille beach on her last day.
