On Tuesday, we took Nick and Maddie to a Tiger game. Unfortunately, as they have been doing lately, the Tigers lost big time. Nick usually doesn't want to leave till the end of the game, regardless of who is winning. I made him a deal that we would ride Detroit's People Mover if we left after the 7th inning. Let me tell you, that was a huge deal to him, but we did leave and they loved riding the People Mover.
We have learned how much a "mother" and "worrier" Maddie is. David took them to ride the merry-go-round and got off to take a couple of photos. Maddie thought it was going to start up with him not on it and told him in no uncertain terms "You get back on here!"
